I've been seeing the same stuff as everyone else...Energon Ironhides as far as the eye can see @ Wal-Mart and about 6 Universe Ramjets at TRU. Not one sighting of Alt. Silverstreak or Hound yet... :(

I guess I should be posting in here since I live in Iowa. Most of these sightings have occured over the past month, but most of these stores I have been to recently and can vouch for:

In West Burlington, Iowa:

Super Walmart: Demolishor, Insecticon (but no Arcees, I suspect that with the overstock, that employees or collectors are opening cases just for Arcees and leaving the rest behind). Given that the aisle layout and general stock hasn't changed since last April, I won't be updating this location much anymore

Target: Reset for fall sets, Omega Supreme, Energon RP weapons have been sighted, low stock of megas, ultras, deluxes and basics indicate that may get some more product in soon

K-Mart: Megatron, Oil Slick vs Crystal Widow, lots of empty space indicates they may yet stock with more product

In Keokuk, Iowa:

New Super Walmart: Wave 3 basics (Arcees move fast), wave 3 deluxes (which include wave 2 releases with the second catalog), wave 2 megas (Mirage), Omega Supreme, Alternators wave 3 (Silverstreak, shipping with Sideswipe)

Just picked up Alt. Silverstreak, Hound AND Dead End at the Wal Mart in Ankeny, IA. These guys were the only Alts. on the shelves. The Energon and Universe stock was still pretty bare; it looks like they're getting ready to put out new stock soon. There were two Energon Omega Supremes, though....

Saw about 20 or so 20th Ann. Optimus Primes on clearance for $50 at the Wal Mart in Ankeny, IA. They had been moved to a different aisle, away from the rest of the TF stock. I also saw 5 desert camo Ruination sets for $20/each.

Hey I'm from Northern Iowa and my area pretty much sucks. My local Wal Mart still hasn't got any 20th ann. Prime or Alts. I have to drive about 40 min. If i want to find any good stuff. Last week at Toys R Us I saw Dreadwing, Cliffjumper, and shockblast. No Megs v. Prime Two pack, Sideswipe and Ricochet reissues, or Alt. Hound.

Just saw a bunch of new Alternators at the Super Wal Mart in Ankeny, IA. There were 6 Tracks, 4 Meisters, 3 Dead Ends, along with the 4 Hounds and 2 Silverstreaks that had been on the shelves for awhile...

    • Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked about a big rumor (I can't stress rumor enough) of a new SS 86 Hot Rod, we dive deeper into Ironhide and cover this week's news, including the 2 Canon crossovers. Plus, we play 2 rounds of trivia and do this week's unboxing!
    • Been a lotta work over the years for the fans. Worth it. As for Cyril's collection, it is my entire childhood and then some.
    • I know he's not going to read this most likely but you're not supposed to be able to separate the car mode easily you twit. It's only supposed to happen when you plug it onto the Menasor frame. That's like complaining about a Powermaster not being able to easily transform if you don't have the engine in it. It's the whole point. And the people who say that Hasbro is coping third party figures. Are you serious? Hasbro is just copying the cartoon designs. Designs that they own. Which is what the third party were copying. CW Menasor was trying to emulate the toys more than anything with the scramble aspect. They were also trying to make Menasor's design work more like the rest of the Scramble City style combiners. It's just that how can they be copying something that they came up with first? And that Crasher still sucks. It should've been a retool of Dragstrip instead of just a redeco of Mirage with the other Mirage's spare head. Slicks should be the redeco of Mirage if you want to do a Gobot from him due to the similar parts layouts. Dragstrip when done right will always look more like Crasher as they have similar parts layouts. Even G1 Dragstrip looks like G1 Crasher. The front goes behind the head on both but in slightly different ways. Even still, you can make that same piece look like Crasher's.
    • Sideways is a bot of many hats. Herald of Unicron, glorified movie cameo, and Master Yogi to name a few. As far as I can tell this isn't a licensed car, which is ok as it allows for more wiggle room with the design and it shows. This is one of the few car transformers I didn't struggle with getting panels lined up and pegged into place. Robot mode is squat and lanky but once you have the legs bent properly they hold Sideways up well and it's pretty posable. If you've been looking for some of the more obscure characters from the live-action movies to get a figure, Sideways is a solid purchase.
