Ironhide and Rachet

I have seen that a lot of people on these forums would like to see Ironhide and Rachet get the Alternator treatment. Now for sake of argument, lets say that Hasbro/Takara was only going to redo and release them under one line or the other. Would you rather see a Masterpiece fixit of the original G1 robot and alternate modes, or would you rather see those characters redone completely form scratch into ne modern bot and alt modes?

Personally I would like to see those two get the MP treatment.

How about the rest of you?

lol and Soundwave...now THAT would be cool...get Sony to licence a Soundway and/or Blaster....c'mon that would be too cool, admit it...

I'll admit, I'm a bit confounded by the notion of 'Masterpiecing' any characters other than OP and Megs. The secondary characters are great but not generally iconic like the two top bots - in fact even Megs takes a back seat to OP IMHO cause he's not the first bot the average joe thinks of when they hear the word 'Transformers'

I'd like Ironhide and Ratchet to get the Alternator treatment- anything more would be overkill.
