It'll be a while before it shows up - I cleared it with the seller to wait until Friday the 16th for sending payment, so I'm thinking sometime the week after is when I'll get my mitts on it.

Price seems good, but picture leaves details to be disired. I just would have asked for more pics before I would have bid with that much money at stake. I'm sure it's good. Hucunamatata(or however you spell it).

Well, I got it in my hands today. I LOVE IT! I don't think I've gotten ripped at all.

 

The box isn't in the greatest of shape, but I didn't buy it for a box! The stickers on Trypticon are in overall great quality - only a little bit of fraying on a couple of them, and some aren't lined up JUST perfect. I may replace them if reprolabels.com ever does a Trypticon set. Haven't tested the electronics, mainly due to a shortage of batteries in my house. It came with everything the listing said it would, and I cannot detect ANY chrome wear at all anywhere on it!

 

Now, I just need a good Metroplex to put alongside it.

Without question, Metroplex is now #1 on my hitlist - to pair with Tryptie, and I'll probably manage a 100% complete Metroplex much cheaper than say a 100% complete Scorponok.

 

I'm definitely on a kick of buying the larger TFs - I get MUCH more enjoyment out of them.

 

Gotta go get those C batteries - my 1 year old male miniature schnauzer is fascinated when I push the tank across the carpet (squeaky wheels)...........can't wait to see his reaction when a foot tall (ish?) T-Rex starts walking towards him.
