I also found he's worth having, even if for nothing more than his dino mode. I'm still not crazy about his bot mode cuz of the ridiculous looking head but overall he's not as bad as I thought he'd be.

BM Nightviper, it has many many articulations in its legs, but mostly because the legs transform into the cobra tail ;)

Honestly, though. How could ANYONE think Undermine was a Rator? Didn't you guys see Jurassic Parks 1-3? Raptors DON'T have fins, and they have ridiculously large "Big Toe" nails.
