The inevitable BT Prowl and BTA Alert head switch

So I found this pic at a JPN site which usually showcases kitbashes. I found it here, http://f59.aaa.livedoor.jp/~tfup/imgboardphp/futaba.htm. And for you lazy folks, here is the pic.

 

 

Now I think the Prowl looks great and the alert is pretty good too but I think that the head looks a little big on that mold. Also I'd probably like it more with the regular leg configuration since Red alert didn't have legs like that and I prefer the normal way more.

Those aren't bad looking at all...  I'll be keeping mine the way they came though.  Whats done there is more than just a headswap.  the arms and legs of alert have been repainted as have prowls shoulders... and it looks like they probaby used smokescreen parts here and there.    They certainly did a good job.

Well I thought the new paint was obvious enough that it didn't need to be pointed out.

It obviously works very well for Prowl, but to really be good for alert, someone needs to paint up Sideswipe's head and figure out a way to fit it on the Acura body.  And I also agree that the Acura leg mod should be un-done for a more accurate look for alert.
