Yes, that is the Wing Zero Kai colour scheme tried out on Energon Mirage girl.. I wish though that the pic had those boat shell halves pointed upwards in 'Transfan-config' mode, they would look more like Wings than skirt tails..

Cute but oddly enough I don't like the SD girls in mecha, if they were wearing it as armor that is different, but some of these are just weird and freaky. Imagine if those weren't armor but mechanical parts instead.
