Found Out What Happened to Ravage

Recommended Posts

I haven't seen this reported yet, but I found out what happened to the rights for the Ravage name. K'nex bought it for their Reconstructor sets. Ravage is the name of a really ugly bug tf.

Can someone explain to me why two unrelated toys cannot have the same name?

Because they're in the same trademark category. They're both toys, there's potential for market confusion.

TM's expire. So if Hasbro doesn't re-apply for the trademark, another company can use it. Simple.
