Rarity depends on availability, demand, and production.  Not only that, don't forget a lot of it is subjective.  One man's junk is another man's treasure.

 

As far as the "rarer" toys from my personal collection goes:

- G1 Original Soundblaster (missing the shoulder cannon but I've a replacement now!)

Most likely my rarest is the SDCC LOC Skywarp, since, even though there are tons floating around right now, it has to be rarer than anything I bought retail.  Next would probably be my Alt Tracks.  At this point my minty and fully working Sky Lynx is probably getting rare as well, if you want to count condition as part of rarity :roll .
