Only one thing today for me...

 

- Korean Beast Wars Neo Big Convoy (MISB) [from eBay]

Wanted the Japanese version, but oh well.  The Korean version appears to be just as good as the Japanese release, only cheaper price-wise and slightly easier to get.  The only "problem" is the packaging and paperwork; Japanese I can read, but Korean is... well... Korean to me.  (Was gonna say "Chinese to me", but I can read Chinese...  :redface )

He looks great next to Universe Nemesis Prime. :thumb

I really wanted one of these til my son got Nemesis Prime. That thing has ruin this mold for me. Every single joint loose and parts every where.

The interesting things with my Universe Nemesis Prime compared to my Beast Wars Neo Big Convoy:

- My Big Convoy's joints are WAAAAY loose.  Nemesis is better, but still not tight-tight.  My Big Convoy has a tough time just standing straight up.

- My Big Convoy "fits" together better in beast mode than my Nemesis Prime.  Nemesis Prime's circular missiles have the "notch" slightly lower than Big Convoy's, so the missile sticks out more, and slightly hinders the way his "shell" parts fit together.

Maybe we got a bad one but my kids Nemesis Prime was gimpy as hell. I couldn't do anything with this guy with out knocking something off. Transforming him was like TFing Alt grimlock with no instructions in a poorly lit room. I practically had to form his body to the Beast mode and then reattach the kibble.

It took me 20min to transform my nemi the first time.never needed the instructions after that.

I just found andd bought Metroplex at wal-mart! the guy is awesome except he pinched me the first time I transformed him. but fun none-the-less!
