I was looking at Valkyries, but since they're so expensive I played it cheap, but at least Toynami did a decent job with this one.

Ugh, I should have held off on that eBay NW OP buy. My budget screams in pain!

 

So I hit another nearby Target today at lunch, Yorktown Shopping Center, and found a single Universe Onslaught. Bought him, transformed him, fell in love! He's so COOL! Bad-ASS robot mode, and his alt mode isn't quite as Tonka-toy as I thought. One of my new faves for sure. Great color, good articulation. I like the opening doors and rear hatch, even if they don't have anything "realistic" inside. And I love that his arm cannon retracts, and his shield can be mounted on his back.

 

Take note! Also at that Target, I saw Deep Space Starscream on Clearance for $13.98, about 20 of them. I'm going to wait for them to go under $10 and I'll buy him, so I will have all the releases of that mold. This, that I may please my masters at Hasbro and win favor with them. :notworthy

My 2008 SDCC Nemesis Prime arrived on my doorstep today. I normally don't op for the speedy shipping but I made an exception on this one. I also held to my belief that Transformers toys are meant to be opened, transformed, posed and played with. I put his box up safe and sound but man he is NICE! Just more proof that I think this is probably the BEST Prime mode of them all! now If I was clinically insane I would go try and get the Botcon prime figure as well as that red windowed Nemesis Prime to complete this little mold set. Naaa...I like these three...Prime, UM and Nemesis. Next month...CITY COMMANDER!!
