Mixed bag of stuff today, also got the Ultra Magnus Spotlight, cover B. THe MOTU figures were free, except for Hordak. Got 'em free cause the packages were damaged in shipment - though the toys are perfect.

Hi all

long time reader, first time poster

 

I just wanted to share a huge find. I got the TF Universe Micromaster Superion at a KB Outlet in NC, well sort of. They had all but Fireflight(right leg) but I got two of the left leg so at least he can stand. The only problem now is he litterally has two left feet! They also had a few of the railbots but I already got all those and Defensor previously. I'm not sure why but I've always liked these micro combiners.

 

How the heck these ended up in a clearance outlet when they were impossible to ever find in the actual stores I'll never know. Finding them almost knocked me right over. They said they were getting a truck in Thursday so I'll go back and hope for the best. If all else fails there's always CVS or ebay.

 

I seem to recall reprolables having a custom set of Superion stickers for this guy (like they did for Devastator) but can't find anything about it now. Does anyone recall or have a link to that? I wish someone could make replacement gestalt body parts with joints! But thesee are so hard to find the market would be rather small.

Movie toys are awesome (except maybe Bump 'n go Prime, iwhich is more of a "high-end" Happy Meal-style offering). Alternators rock. They're the simplest to transform of all Alternators but they get the job done. I especially like Ravage. I just wish Rumble's piledriver shafts had a tighter fit (they're spring-loaded). I have more movie toys on the way (FAB Starscream, Voyager Starscream, dlx Barricade and dlx Brawl). Next week is going to be xmas all over again!
