Plus, the thing people tend to forget is that Archer's job is to design TFs (except for the Alts) for 5-8 year olds, not adult goobers like ourselves, and this is the basis from which many decisions are made.

Stupid? Actually, that's the movie/season 3. Season 1 and 2, they were more rebellious, and Grimlock was actually relatively shrewd.

Wow...I had no idea Aaron Archer was such a "bad guy" in the fandom.  I personally never thought to blame anyone person (or hasbro for that matter) if there was a figure I didn't like.  I just blamed myself if I bought it.  Maybe that's just becuase I didn't know Aaron Archer's name until 3 months ago.

Same here. I had no idea who he was until I joined this board and people were bashing him for all sorts of things.
