Problem with Soundblaster

I don't know if this is a widespread problem or a one of a kind QC problem but today my friend bought TFC 18 Soundblaster and it came with 2 left hands. The one on the right was assembled upside down. I just wanted to know, is anyone elses Soundblaster like this?

So far i ve heard of one QC problem , that is it comes with 2 shoulder cannons instead of one shoulder cannon and one missile launcher, which means that the missiles is basically.....useless....cos can't insert into the shoulder cannon....
