This is Hasbro and Takara Tomy's attempt at a perfect retail version of the Autobot Jazz from the animated Series.  

Studio Series 86-06 Leader Class Grimlock with Autobot Wheelie.  We finally get a carton accurate Grimlock that is scaled correctly, him towering over Optimus Prime like in the carton.  His transformation has a few new things, like hiding the tail, but overall similar to the original G1 toy.  Wheelie is a bit of a disappointment, very little articulation and he can barely stand by himself.   Grimlock has his double barrel gun and can store it in either mode.  So far this Studio Series 86 line is AMAZING! https://youtu.be/jT31NlIZMa0

Spotted these Transformers More Than Meets The Eye Valentines Day Cards at Safeway in South San Francisco, CA. They are made by Paper Magic Group and sell for $1.99 per box. Found a SS86 Grimlock in the greater Houston, TX area today at Target.  More importantly, the DCPI number (DPCI: 087-06-051) is currently not shared.  This means you can have an employee look it up and see if there are any in stores nearby.  That’s how I found mine.  😉   Good luck!
