Mixed feelings on the next toy line...

Well, it's good to know someone else sees where I'm coming from. Convoy looks awesome (Prime always has good figures) but Megatron as a triple-changing roadster...WTF are they thinking? The jumbo jet plane idea for Energon was eeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhh, to me (I've decided to just use my Armada Megs in place to play with my Energon toys because besides the ridiculous antlers (which can be removed anyway), the Armada Megs was one of the best Megatron toys in recent memory). I really wish they'd go back to making the TFs look like real world vehicles...Lamborghinis, Fords, Dodges, etc...those rocked harder than this "pseudo-futuristic" stuff. I can understand if it takes place only on Cybetron, but as I've heard, it doesn't, so...eh. I'm just hoping that if they do have beast bots, they bring back the likes of more Dinobots, Trypticon, etc.

That is a cool idea too. I loved the R.I.D. bots. The Trains were one of my favorites and their combined mode looks look. Though I would need the manual if I wanted to form that. :tftongue
