By now, it feels like Rise Of The Beasts was a weird dream we cannot seem to wake up from. What was arguably heavily targeted at the Latino community seems to have made spawned at least one bizzare Knockoff. The makers of KO action figures often put LEDs in their chest for no readily apparent reason.  It's usually just a tiny red one.  As for why?  Tradition?  Implied play value?  Who can say.

Probably to get attention, since many of these are sold on the street in other countries.
