New Junkion . . . ?

Looks like a Crashbar mold as ...?

My first thought was a G1-ified Leobreaker. They're jumping into Cybertron stuff, and it would be really cool if it was able to combine with Galaxy Upgrade Prime somehow.

Leobreaker would be cool. Maybe they will do a Core Class Leo Prime mold that could work that way? Hasbro if you are listening. 😉

Okay THAT might be worth the Junkions not being good to combine on their own like the Weaponizers, Modulators and Fossilizers. I just picked up my third Crashbar today from the extended Pulse sale. So I have three of him and three Scraphook. If that's indeed a new Junkion grunt then I'll pick up three of that one as well. However I have no intention of getting three of Axlegrease as she seems more like a one off like Detritus and not a drone/grunt/troopbuilder kind of character like the others. I especially won't be getting three Tow-Line/Wrecker Hook as one of that release is bad enough. So I hope they have at least one more coming out that can be a leg. One that isn't supposedly Lockdown, Axer/Axor or Circuit from Axlegrease like people think is going to happen that is. Rather, one more that actually fits the color pallet of the other Junkions in the combiner.

I was reminded that in an original draft of the movie, there was supposed to be some kind of beastial looking Junkion combiner of some sort that was cut. Maybe this is some sort of homage to that?

I kind of see Zod/Ultra Zod from the GoBots myself. Both versions are fair game for Hasbro to do as they were GoBots originals and not from Machine Robo in any way. I'd buy a five pack in all blue.

I don't think we're going to get a Leobreaker soon. People were talking about Leobreaker back when they seen that Sixgun's torso could become a fist of sorts and nothing ever came of it. I think they now have plans on doing an actual Cybertron Prime and we might see a new Leobreaker then. Hopefully anyway. It seems like they're up to it since they did kind of address Cybertron Prime in a livestream when responding to a comment in the chat. I think it was the one when they either announced Armada Prime or showed him off, I don't quite remember which one it was.
