And yet there's more, always more! Evan Brooks @naveskoorb the man behind the Transformers Legacy Dinobots Core Class Volcanicus combiner swings in with a very cool look at how these mini dinos come together. He's given up some notes on the team, images showing the as yet incomplete combination, as well as some comparison shots to show how big Core Class Volcanicus will be. - Read the Full News Story

So Volcanicus and Dinoking will be around the sizes of TLK Infernocus and Power Core Combiners Grimstone. I actually like that very much. Being about the same size as Grimstone is really cool. Now I have to dig my Grimstone back out but luckily I still have time before we finish Volcanicus.

I really do hope that Hasbro does release Dinoking and not listen to some of the hate these figures are getting. It's not too bad but it's there.

I 100% agree. I am always taken a bit by surprise by the amount of hate that spews from some of the fans. It's like they have no ability to pick and choose if they actually want to spend the money on something or not.

I have really been loving the little dinobots despite their flaws.

And yes! I have my Grimstone  on display and can't wait to have 2 dinobot combiners.

I was reading some of the comments after the Rise of the Beast toy reveals and was taken aback. I could not believe the amount of hate I was seeing. It's not like it was the Studio Series stuff either though, it's literally the stuff for the kids specifically and not also for the collectors. They're not even that bad though. I'm getting all those Weaponizers and the Weaponizers that come with the larger figures, I'll be getting them too. I'll also be getting the Spark Armor style figures. It's nice that they learned from the Cyberverse releases and use the robot's arms as the armored forms arms instead of trying to make unarticulated arms from the armor piece but it's just a shame that the base figures are now worse overall than either size Spark Armor base figure from Cyberverse. But the price reflects this. More complicated armors with less complicated base figures for $20 which was right in between the prices for the two sizes from Cyberverse. The smaller, core class looking figure look pretty good too even if they lack some articulation. That Rhinox in particular looks real good.

Back to the Weaponizers though, is it just me or do they remind anyone else of better designed Arms Microns from Takara's Prime line?

Haters are as common as air. Ironic, they act like children.

YES! I thought the same thing when I saw the Cheetor sword.

    • So much for giving our wallets a breather! In the waning days of 2023, Hasbro is starting to trickle out their 2024 line Legacy United. The first figure for most of us is Animated Optimus Prime. While I was never a fan of the cartoon, I did respect the toys and how they captured the style of said cartoon. This Voyager interpretation while giving the design some fresh angles, remains faithful to the original look. I think Animated and all Transformers fans will find something to like about this version of Optimus Prime.
    • I like big bots, and I cannot resist following up on Alt Mode Week feature of the 2012 Transformers: Dark Of The Moon Ultimate Optimus Prime Year Of The Dragon MechTech figure with a look at the robot mode. You'll need to roll up your sleeves and do some work to transform the truck into the Omega Combat Armor mode. - Read the Full News Story
    • This time I look at a real oddity of a legends Starscream. I'm unsure which particular version I have as this guy have several variants and was released multiple times from 2010 to 2017; from RtS to Chronicles, EZ Collection to being a dollar store release!
    • During the registration process, there is a question about who directed the first Transformers movie.  I answered Nelson Shin, and was told I was incorrect.  Apparently you all think Michael Bay directed the 1986 movie.  Wow smh
    • "The Rise Of The Beasts may have fallen to the bottom of the Movie franchise..." Yet, according to the audience, it's number 4 of 7. Perhaps the Bayverse should have focused more on the TRANSFORMERS, than the humans/military. Wow smh. Michael Bay needs to be kept far away from any future projects! Audience scores 1) Bumblebee (2018): 91% 2) Transformers the Movie (1986): 62% 3) Transformers (2007): 57% 4) Transformers Rise of the Beasts (2023): 52% 5) Transformers Dark of the Moon (2011): 35% 6) Transformers Revenge of the Fallen (2009): 20% 7) Transformers Age of Extinction (2014): 14%
