The long teased Transformers: Reactivate Game are finally coming into the light with our first look at the Optimus Prime action figure. This is not too bad with a somewhat MP-10 look that we first saw in the character art work. Sorry, no alt mode shots, but we can see his chest opens for the Matrix, and he has an Axe weapon, at least. - Read the Full News Story

I like this Optimus design. I don't usually play video games, so I probably won't play the game; but I do very much like the designs. I have been looking for an Optimus with the Matrix of Leadership and this one looks perfect. So far the only problem that I see is the handle shape design on the ax, and the fact that it comes in an overpriced two-pack. Other than that, I think this is a solid figure.

The echo from yesterdays Transformers Reactivate Game sounds on with some looks at the concept art for the characters Soundwave and Laserbeak. These renders are likely based on the game models, with a lot of extra detailing for the cinematic effect we always see in the previews. Surely, the 2-Packs are just the beginning of the series with more to come, but we can see very well how the game look translates to the toys with the official shots included for reference. - Read the Full News Story
