These Transformers Siege Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime Leobreaker Upgrade Kit Images have been appearing on Ebay recently by an unknown maker from multiple sellers. These kits are pretty cool making the classic Leobreaker Savage Claw Mode arm combination to the Transformers War For Cybertron SEIGE Leader WFC-S40 Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime figure.

I find it funny that they have vehicle mode side gap covers and use it together with the DNA legs, which have their own gap fillers for those spots. They kind of look okay in vehicle mode but don't do anything in robot mode and seemingly less than nothing in armored up mode. I also have my own way of filling in those side gaps without using the wheels from the DNA legs.

Vector Prime's sword is cool but it doesn't seem to have a side peg to try and store it away anywhere. I do like how long it is. Being large robotic organisms, they can use oversized swords to little detriment to them yet most swords, axes, hammers and other melee weapons are too short for the figure's size class. CW Menasor's sword looks best with Motormaster. Motormaster's sword looks best with one of the limbs. And Breakdown and Dragstrip's swords, Wildrider and Deadend's pipes and Offroad's axe look best with Blackjack. Blackjack's axe doesn't look too bad for him though.

Leobreaker looks really good. It's just so expensive though. That figure it's used on already has two other upgrades on it already. The DNA kit was like $20 when it first came out and those cannons are $23 right now. I don't remember what price they were when they first came out. Then there's the gap filler and thigh extender kit out there too. That's $24ish but can be gotten as low as $12. That's a lot of money for one figure that really only needed longer thighs and fillers for the water cannons.

Back to Leobreaker though. I get that it's the most visually appealing way to do it but I'd rather if the whole lower arm part be rotated around 90 degrees so that it doesn't have the "gorilla" arm look. Yeah you can turn it around and use the elbow like normal but that puts the claw under the arm instead of on the side which would look weird.

I'd like to see them mirror the shoulder piece as well as make a left hand and release it as Universe Leo Prime. That way he could have two savage claws.

Didn't I just complain about the price? Why am I talking about another one already then? I highly doubt I'd get this kit unless it drops in price a lot let alone a second. I just think it would be cool if you could put one on each arm like the original.

Yeah, have the DNA kit as well. I love the idea behind this but the price for the whole kit is more than the figure was at retail. Hopefully, DNA or someone more legit will do them at a better price.

This is stolen if you are wondering. I'm the original creator and you can see where they ripped a majority of the parts from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4636256

I only found out about this thanks to someone alerting me to this article. Really fucking scummy of them to take something listed on thingiverse as non commercial and doing exactly that with it!
