Official Images of New Transformers Reveals - Cyberverse, Siege, And Universal Studio Series Megatron

Recommended Posts

Hasbro has sent out official product renders for several new upcoming Cyberverse toys, in both the Spark Armor and Warrior Class product lineups. With this, we have not just our first good look at Ratchet that we saw in the Argos catalog this past weekend, showing all of its modes in detail, but our very first look at a matching Shockwave! Shockwave has a satellite accessory to form its armor, and when armored it bears more than a slight resemblance to Shockblast from Transformers Energon! The Warrior Class reveals include Drift, Jetfire, and a new Bumblebee, each with a signature action gimmick like a sword slash for Drift, or deploying cannons on Jetfire.

Hasbro released official renders for many of the new reveal toys they had on display at SDCC - and they're all small enough to fit in your pockets! We've got promo images for Battlemasters Rung and Singe - Single flying under the radar for pretty much the whole event. But between this Firedrive redeco, and the Shrute Battlemaster in the Phantomstrike Squadron set, you'll be able to get both Targetmaster characters to go with Spinister!Along with them, there's images of Ratbat and Rumble, the second Soundwave Spy Patrol.

Universal Studios is getting ready to feature another exclusive Transformers in their store. Coming in the near future is a redeco of Studio Series Dark of The Moon Megatron in a new deco that resembles the movie Megatron mascot character that interacts with visitors. As popular as the performance of this iteration of Megatron has long been with park-goers, we can imagine that this might be a popular souvenir - even an after-the-fact one - for people who've had the chance to see Mascot Megatron in person.

    • So much for giving our wallets a breather! In the waning days of 2023, Hasbro is starting to trickle out their 2024 line Legacy United. The first figure for most of us is Animated Optimus Prime. While I was never a fan of the cartoon, I did respect the toys and how they captured the style of said cartoon. This Voyager interpretation while giving the design some fresh angles, remains faithful to the original look. I think Animated and all Transformers fans will find something to like about this version of Optimus Prime.
    • I like big bots, and I cannot resist following up on Alt Mode Week feature of the 2012 Transformers: Dark Of The Moon Ultimate Optimus Prime Year Of The Dragon MechTech figure with a look at the robot mode. You'll need to roll up your sleeves and do some work to transform the truck into the Omega Combat Armor mode. - Read the Full News Story
    • This time I look at a real oddity of a legends Starscream. I'm unsure which particular version I have as this guy have several variants and was released multiple times from 2010 to 2017; from RtS to Chronicles, EZ Collection to being a dollar store release!
    • During the registration process, there is a question about who directed the first Transformers movie.  I answered Nelson Shin, and was told I was incorrect.  Apparently you all think Michael Bay directed the 1986 movie.  Wow smh
    • "The Rise Of The Beasts may have fallen to the bottom of the Movie franchise..." Yet, according to the audience, it's number 4 of 7. Perhaps the Bayverse should have focused more on the TRANSFORMERS, than the humans/military. Wow smh. Michael Bay needs to be kept far away from any future projects! Audience scores 1) Bumblebee (2018): 91% 2) Transformers the Movie (1986): 62% 3) Transformers (2007): 57% 4) Transformers Rise of the Beasts (2023): 52% 5) Transformers Dark of the Moon (2011): 35% 6) Transformers Revenge of the Fallen (2009): 20% 7) Transformers Age of Extinction (2014): 14%
