As seen at the IDW & Hasbro panel yesterday, Alex Milne has posted his cover for MTMTE #46 to Twitter! We were promised the return of the Decepticon misfits known as the Scavengers at the panel, and since Grimlock was last seen in their care, it seems as though this will be the issue.
