Is it possible for a toy company to jump the shark?

I'm sorry but to all those who believe that TF:Prime is a more mature series/toy aesthetic than TF:A - Hasbro has ruined that argument. If you haven't seen the new Beast Hunters commercial where a toy Prime is fighting a toy Predaking - it's a riot, like a cutesy Super Hero Squad-type riot, complete with "boing"s and other kiddie sound effects. I kind of liked it because I'm a fan of Toy Story and stuff like that, but they really are NOT aiming for sophistication with that commercial!!! :D

TF commercials have rarely been great. The show is awesome though. As a older fan I love the sense of maturity it brings while still being amuzing

As for the toys, the First Editions knocked me off my feet, then they pulled that RID crap, I sold off most as soon as I bought them. It happens though, every now and then Hasbro hits a rut and things suck for a couple years then they bring back the awesome.

It just is what it is
