Transformers Prime Happy Meal Toys

I have a question. Been a while since I've bought or received a happy meal toy however, this changed when I found out that Mcdonald's was having Transformer toys =). Was wondering if they distribute a new toy each week or they have them all and is random as far as what you receive in a happy meal. Was wondering you can just walk in and simply pick out which one you want or buy the whole set. Anyone knowledgeable with this any help would be greatly apprecieated =). I know I sound silly asking this.

In the UK you can buy them individualy but only on the week they are out..
