There's a bunch in the Wal*Mart by White Marsh. Go to the TF aisle and head toward the back wall. They're on the endcap to the left.

I know I'm kinda late responding but yeah, regular price as far as I know. They still have a crapload of them there. They also had some movie preview figures there but they're all gone.

HOWEVER you can hit the TRU in Golden Ring to find a ton of the preview figures.
