Transformers Collectors Club e-Hobby Projects Reveals Shattered Glass Set Based on Soundwave and Blaster G1 Molds

Thanks to Snakas, we have news about e-HOBBY who have sent the first of the newsletters that we reported previously regarding their collaboration with the Transformers Collectors Club. The details include information about the new figures planned with a teaser image giving us an first look at the characters in comic form. They will be offering a Shattered Glass type series featuring Soundwave, Ratbat, Slugfest, Blaster, Ramhorn, Rewind, and Eject based on the G1 molds! I find it interesting that it is only E-Hobby, releasing figures from the TFCC, and the TFCC has yet to release anything, maybe this is a one way deal in E-Hobby's favor? Wouldn't doubt it with how bad TFCC's business practices are

Why would anyone even want to buy from TFCC if there are other options? Their track record is horrible.

Which is why I laugh at them, I would rather pay more for something from E-Hobby, than the TFCC, and somehow I think this is going to be cheaper buying it from E-Hobby than it is TFCC

Yeah, Ehobby is definately the better option here, and I'm somewhat interested in this set so I can have a Soundwave to go with SG Ravage.He needs somebody to wave to.

TFCC bashing aside ( :roll ), i believe TFCC is going to bring this set states side and are working on a translated version of this poster. Is that dinosaur behind Soundwave one of the exclusive Japanese dino cassettes??

I'm excited about these. When it comes to repaints of modern Transformers as Shattered Glass characters, I couldn't care less. G1 toys, however, are something that I'm interested in.

 

I guess we'll know soon enough how much this set will cost. If it turns out to be lower than anything the price of E-hobby toys at the online retailers, then I'll definitely buy from TFCC.
