It was officially official at the Hasbro Transformers Brand Panel that Toys R Us would be getting the Transformers Masterpiece Thundercracker as an exclusive figure. The announcement confirmed that the figure would be based on the MP-11 Starscream mold, which has been rather popular, and will also include a display stand for the figure. Price has not yet been announced, but do expect the figure to be out in October 2012. Read the Full News Story Here

Skywarp was already done with this mold back during Universe 2.0

This looks like the MP-11 mold. I think that is what Atmo meant.

The MP-11 mold is the same as the original except with updates to it

New Head, and kibble free hips, and the guns have been modified, other than that, it is the same mold

So what exactly are the differences between the original and the MP11? Must be subtle.

All I could notice were the legs that removed the hip kibble and the difference to the null rays.

Onslaught is right though, its really the same moldwith a few adjustments. I just meant that it sounded to me that Atmo wanted Skywarp with said adjustments.

I dont really want to replace Skywarp with the new mold (I am just going to use that term instead of adjusted mold :tflaugh )

I would have liked to get MP-11 but having the WalMart one is fine. I want this TC since there was never a Hasbro TC release. I would have been fine with the original mold TC if they ever would do it. If MP-11 ever comes stateside at a lower price than the import, its going to be real hard for me to not want to replace WalMart Starscream though...
