Well, I think Kre-o is awesome, and the fact that they got clearanced saved me a ton of cash! These Kreons won't go the same way though. As was stated above, the price is right and I bet a bunch more fans will grab individual Kreons that passed on the bigger buildings sets.

Still not gonna touch any Battleship sets....

I'm on the bandwagon as well for these little guys. They will be cheap, and the gestalts will look cool displayed next to their original incarnations. I must have Superion and Devastator. Hell, I'll buy some of the blind packs just hoping I'll snag the little crazy Galvatron. The kids will love them and they're fun, little collectibles for adults as well.

I think you are wrong...but we'll see....I think Hasbro realized that if they take out all the Legos and just add more kreons it was a winning formula....honestly the kreons were the only reason I bought the sets....because they fit perfectly inside my alternators..... :tfevil

Looks awesome except each team is missing a member. Predaking is missing Rampage and Bruticus is missing Blast-Off.

Yeah, wonder why they did that? The gestalts would look so much better with five members! Although they're still 'cute', they just look awkward with only four members.

 

If you check some of the SDCC updates you can see Blast-Off, Rampage, an Aerialbot and a Constructicon all available separately from their combiner teams. I'm just happy they exist but I can't help but wonder if they'll be able to be added to the gestalt.
