Bad buyer on eBay... How should I handle this?

Me too, although there are others who think that a seller is responsible for leaving feedback first. I don't know why a seller should do that. All that matters to me, as a seller, is that the item arrives at its destination and that the buyer is happy with it. I can only know that with 100% certainty if the buyer leaves feedback first. If a buyer doesn't leave feedback, and my tracking shows it has arrived, and it's been two months since, then I'll leave feedback if a buyer hasn't yet left any. I feel like I'm being the better man.

Now there are sellers I will never deal with again. Wheeljackslab being one of them, he is such a pain in the ass to deal with when something is wrong that I just flat out refuse to buy from him ever again

Really? I've had good experience with him. I did have one problem when the wrong accessory was packaged with the toy, but it was corrected promptly.

The only thing odd about him is that his toys always smell like dry cereal, like Froot Loops or something.

I've never had a problem with Wheeljackslab either. It's been a few years since I last bought anything from his store (or eBay period), but I did buy quite a bit from him and have never had any problems. It sucks that other buyers are having the opposite experience, though.

I hate to say it but I told you so. All the same, that truly sucks. Hopefully he didn't cause any damage to it while it was in his hands.

Now that is screwed up, If I were you definitely inspect and make sure the one he sends back to you is the one you sent him. Also keep him on block so he can't buy from you ever again. Honestly hopefully he doesn't do a delivery confirmation so there is no way to tell that you received it.

That's a bunch of BS. I just hope that the item is still in a good enough condition to resell again. :/ ( I think you should have shown ebay this topic. lol :/ )

You could always cancel your paypal and ebay account and wait a few months and set them back up later.

Be sure and tell him that you put infrared marks on the cart and if he shipped a different one, he won't see a dime.
