So I bought the R.I.D. Cliffjumper intending to turn him into a Classics style Nightbeat, using the K.O. WST smaller Soundwave as the starting point for his headmaster. I get him out of the package, at that point I realize there is no space at all left behind the head because of the stupid "dramatic head reveal" mechanic that has the main gear rubbing against the back of the head. Any ideas on how to overcome this, or should I just toss that Cliffjumper? It's worthless to me if I can't turn him into Nightbeat as I do not collect Prime figures :-(

maybe you can give the cliffjumper away to a family member or friend.

 

I've done a bunch of un-successful TF custom kitbashes,it can be awful when things don't work out like planned.

I like the idea for Oil Slick, however I would want to go the repro-labels angle and put the General Lee stickers on, any idea where I could get some that are about the right size?

'Fraid not. I thought Reprolabels had done a Gen Lee repro set? (might of been for the minicon.)
