Anyone notice, robot heads on TF toys are getting SMALLER

These days most new mold TF toys have a robot head that is small & looks like it belongs on a size class smaller TF toy.

I noticed this trend exploded with DOTM toys. where most new mold DOTM Voyager sized toys had tiny robot heads that looked like they belonged on deluxe sized toys. some Dotm deluxes had tiny basic sized robot heads.

With some TF Prime toys,I noticed Rid Voyager megatron & Rid voyager optimus have tiny deluxe sized robot heads.

I'm not a fan of under-sized robot heads on my New mold TF toys. it just looks weird & awful.

Is hasbro/takara trying to save money by creating these under sized robot heads. or is hasbro/takara trying to go for a newer sleeker anime style where the robot heads are tiny thus the toy looks more teen titan & more japanese anime styled.

Well its really varied by character...which isn't really that out of the ordinary. Most of the time they done it to exemplify the other physical features on the figure, such as giving powerizer prime a slightly smaller head to help make his pectorals seem bigger and his shoulders wider.

Basically to better sell him as a Primenator. :tflaugh

But other than that, everyone seems to be about right. Also I want to note that DOTM DLX leadfoot had a freaking huge melon on his shoulders, guess that's the only way Hasbro could balance out his infamous energon gut. XD
