Transformers Prime Robots In Disguise Deluxe Arcee Unveiled

Continuing the countdown to Toy Fair 2012 (we will be there!), the official Transformers Facebook page has been posting looks at upcoming figures, with today's showing off Robots In Disguise Revealers (Deluxe) Arcee. The figures are named Revealers because each one features some sort of gimmick. This Arcee figure, like all of the Robots In Disguise mass release figures, is a completely different mold from the First Edition Arcee figure. Judging by the lone image, the mass release version has a more plain chest and what appears to be a streamlined design. Take a full look after the jump. Read the Full News Story Here

Interesting. Most of the body parts remain in tact for this version of Arcee but the top just looks like just one torso that dosen't allow for any kind of transformation sequence. Wondering how bike mode will look after conversion. Gun is cool but it's sooo big. I'm holding my approval in reserve.

I am also going to reserve judgement, although this Arcee looks more like the character. We will have to wait and see more.

Judging by the one picture, I may regret picking up the FE Arcee. The RiD one looks a lot nicer, at least in this shot.

agreed. i like my FE Arcee, but this one looks much better and her lack of arm kibble likely gives her better poseability

I just saw both comparisions pics of TF Prime first edition arcee & RID arcee.

 

I like the Rid arcee much better. because the toy looks more feminine & the intended sculpt buying age seems a bit higher than the FE Arcee version.

 

I never liked the FE arcee,when I saw pics last year. the over-all sculpt looked like it was meant for a much younger kid buying toddler age.

 

Worst of all on the First edition Arcee,I hated the animated styled simplistic face sculpt. the Rid arcee appears to have a more serious face scuplt.

I don't think I'm being biased but when looking at both, especially when FE Arcee is properly transformed, I STILL say FE Arcee is sooo much better by far. I'm even looking at the leg transformation parts and lack of paint and there's just no contest so far for me. but I'm still trying to reserve judgement. Maybe as a repaint...

I missed out on the FE version. I hope I'll be able find this one. I only have the TFA Arcee....which is okay....but I would like to have this version. Arcee as a motorcycle I really like. :-)

This one looks pretty good, and as someone who doesn't like forearm kibble, I'd say this one is better than the First Edition.

I think I'm also going to hold off on buying the Takara 1st Edition Arcee, until I see better pics of this Arcee.
