  1. 1. Do you buy multiples of the same toy?

    • No.
    • Yes, only if the toy isn't scarce or rare.
    • Yes, but if the toy is scarce or rare I'll buy just one extra.

I collected doubles of the Energon terrorcons, as they were depicted as multiples in the cartoon, though I missed out on Cruellock. It also pains me to no end that I was only able to get one set of Galaxy Force Rambles. I also occasionally get a second copy of a fig if I break or need to mod one (I used my second TF:U 2.0 Sunstreaker's gun and engine on TF:G Red Alert, and got a second Sideswipe after failing to fix the loose joints on my first).

The only time I buy multiples of any figure is for kitbashing or repainting. For example, I bought three TFA Black Arachnia figures. (not at the same time though). One was kept as Black Arachnia, one was rebuilt into G1 Elita One, and the third was rebuilt into an "upgraded" Nightbird. s soon as the money transfer is complete, I'm planning on ordering two RTS Jazz figures and two TRS Tracks figures. The second Jazz will be repainted into Ricochet while the second Tracks will be repainted into Road Rage.
