iGear have updated their facebook page with a new image of the IG-TF005 Shark action figure that pays homage to the G1 Sharkticon character from the original animated movie. This figure begins with Beast shark mode, but departs the classic robot for something much cooler than the classic troll-bot. iGear have added much detailing, articulation and enough robot action to make this a fully a posable transforming robot. I think I'll get one. They look good, the bot mode isn't that much different from the original design, just meaner looking. I'm sure they'll sell really well since they're an army builder.

Well, that took a couple years too long...

 

Seems the Shark Attack Squad is a 3 pack in G1 colors, and the Shark Leader is a one-off new color.

 

 

Oh, looks like a little comic story... involving a Wreck-Gar, an Alicon and Lockdown/Axor?
