From a technical standpoint that's amazing. It does lead into a question I've had for a while now: What exactly is the deal with the Driller? Was it a part of some TF story I'm unaware of or was it invented just for the movie? I mean, in both the movie and the prequel game it's just there like we're supposed to know.

And yes, "injections of secret sauce" is indeed giggle-worthy.

It bears a semblence to the Dweller in the Dark from G1.

Which given the rest of the storyline being basically cribbed from G1, probably isn't an accident.
