Yes, you do want to get them. I think the real question is, do you want to pay $400 for them. I am sure if they were about $100 each I would go for them. $400 is a car payment or two for most people.

 

exactly! TFSource has a preorder special if you want all 3. Instead of $390 for all 3 individually, you can get them together for $342. So i'm saving $48 but still. hard pill to swallow here.

 

According to collecticon.org who's at Botcon, apparently the notDevastator sets are going to retail for around $80 a piece. I would much rather have those.

I think I have too. The whole stolen credit card info problem that TFSource is working to my advantage. I had the set of 3 on pre-order, but the credit card info I have stored at TFSource is no good anymore. I won't know what will happen until all three jets are in stock, but I may be able to get out of my pre-order.

No. They have the option to "Pay Later" on pre-orders when using a regular credit card, so that's what I chose.

well heck. i always thought i had to pay for stuff months in advance. i might actually buy these now. i've been off of work for the last month so i'm running low on funds. I'm back to work now so hopefully these will ship in a few weeks and i'll have time to get a paycheck in. good know!

Actually, Ramjet is out now and I saw him at BotCon for $135. TFSource said they'll be releasing Dirge and Thrust in July and August. They will also ship out all 3 instead of buying each one at a time. They look good and I'm excited about the coneheads.

 

And I agree that TomyTak/Hasbro probably wwon't make them so 3rd party is the only option.

I've got Ramjet and expecting Dirge & Thrust very soon. Quality is very good, basically same as an official seeker (and for those moaning about the cost, they're about the same, if not cheaper, than buying TakTom MP seekers).
