New Dark of the Moon Listings at HTS Reveal Human Alliance Roadbuster

HasbroToyShop is now taking pre-orders for multiple Dark of the Moon figures set to be released later in May. However, there is one listing that stands out from the rest: Human Alliance Roadbuster w/ Sergeant Recon. The listing provides multiple pictures of the figure in robot mode and vehicle mode, as well as the complementary bio:

 

"ROADBUSTER is out racing in vehicle mode whenever he gets a break from pulverizing DECEPTICONS. He’s found that allowing humans to ride with him - especially professional race car drivers - sharpens his tactical skills and knowledge of Earth’s road network. Even TRANSFORMERS sometimes like to sit back, relax and go along for the ride! Whether they’re racing on the track or speeding down a highway, this team barely needs to talk to communicate. And when they run into their DECEPTICON foes, the change from racing team to fighting team is nearly seamless. Sergeant Recon, riding on the giant robot’s shoulders, can warn his ally with just the touch of his hand or foot. Working together, these allies are nearly unstoppable!"

 

The main difference that can be spotted between this Roadbuster and the Deluxe version is that his NASCAR mode will be sporting the weaponized "Steath Force" mode seen in the trailer. It looks like the Human Alliance subline will continue to release figures of major characters as well as the new Basic sized figures already shown, which is good news for those who are already big fans of it. and the figure is still not as awesome as it's on screen version.

sheesh, I mentioned this like, a week ago. anyway, entertainmentearth has better pics of the full robot. in any case, I am excited to see more HA figs, as I think they and one or two others will be the only DOTM purchases for me.

i hope those others include leader ironhide, leader sentinel, voyager megatron, and voyager shockwave lol.

 

i don't understand why they couldn't get the shape of the rockets on the side of the car accurately.. i don't understand why they couldn't get the front end of the car accurate.. hell.. i don't understand why they couldn't paint the thing more accurate.

 

hopefully the movie will be better than the toyline.

lol that's understandable. i was hoping for a human alliance ironhide.. but for me, leader ironhide is a definite purchase and can't come out soon enough.

 

i just really hope hasbro give us a leader megatron and shockwave.. i mean.. if they chose ironhide and bumblebee over those two characters.. i'll be furious.
