Is This Helicopter Another Dark of the Moon Human Alliance Basic Figure?

A source of multiple leaked images of figures purportedly from the Transformers: Dark of the Moon toyline has posted two new images of what appears to be a Human Alliance Basic figure. The figures shown in the images posted by DOTM Toys appears to be a Human Alliance Basic set with a helicopter alternate mode. Like the previous Human Alliance Basic Dune Buggy, the figure includes a G.I. Joe-like human figure, seated in the cockpit of the helicopter. Thats exactly what it is. Look at the back of the helicopter, you can see molded on fists behind the rear rotor.

One thing, man that is AWESOME! So far these basic HA toys have really impressed me. The concept is fun and I am in anticipation of something cool. The second thing is, I keep thinking MW Sandstorm when I look at that. No bot mode yet though to form a better opinion though. Still, man I hope these don't disappoint me.

They should drop the HA angle,these would be deluxes(I'd perfer voyager)otherwise.Roadbuster and Whirl as scout class' is unjust. :tfsad

I wonder if those are G.I. Joe sized figures? The HA figs are ok but they always seem like some cheap Dollar store Ko next to my Joes.

The landing gear on the helicopter looks a bit odd to me. Makes the chopper to high off the ground. Like it's on stilts or something. I'm sure that can be transformed differently though. Just makes it look dorky , kinda.
