Looks at Power Core Combiners Sledge with Throttler

Hasbro rolling out the Power Core Combiners to the retail as we speak. With lots more to comes in the series, thanks to Toy Drop Images we have some new looks at the Power Core Combiners Sledge with Throttler side kick and comibined with Bombshock drones. The real question will be if they just repaint him and use Sledge as the "boss" of he PCC Constructicon team like they have done with the Destrons and Protectobots.

I just don't understand how this can't be part of a Constructicons set already...

I'm already hating the repaint crap with this line, it's too soon, and I don't want doubles of the drones!

I hate the minicons, I've hated them since armada. They are the stupidest thing to be brought into Transformers. And not worth the extra $2 for a Scout class figure

Sold and sold. They nailed all modes with this guy. The alt mode is a little wacky, being a bulldozer/backhoe/saw/drill but whatever, it looks believable enough. The powerup mode's head is awesome, reminds me of G1 soundwave. And this minicon is one of the best yet. A big ass F'in drill is a great idea as a weapon, and his powerup armor mode is the best looking that Ive seen yet (reminds me a LOT of G1 devistator's chestplate), looks like they actually thought it thru this time.

 

For the most part, I would agree with Lord Onslaught. Im kinda anal about scale, so teeny little cars, tanks, or submarines are idiotic to me. Now the street team guys and any motorcycles were ok with me. The PCC minicons are pretty cool, even though Im concerned about the durability of the hard candy parts. The weapon and vehicle accessory alt modes are pretty sweet and make perfect sense with the figures.
