It may have been officially released by Hasbro, but I don't think many retailers ordered any. By the time HA Mudflap was released, I can imagine that they were burnt out by all of the ROTF toys. Maybe they decided that they had enough Transformers in stock and didn't want to order any more.

Something similar to HA Mudflap is that wave of ROTF Deluxe toys, the one that with the red colored Rampage. I have seen that wave of toys, but they weren't in all of the stores like the previous waves.

It also doesn't help when Human Alliance Figures sit on the shelf and don't sell like all the others. Parents aren't going to buy their kid a $30 figure at random. These figures are clearly intended for the adult collector more than anyone. So when you still have wave 1 sitting on the shelf in some stores what makes you thing you're gonna get the next two or three waves?

You ALL are gonna be pissed when the redeco/remolds of HA Skids/Mudflap hit shelves next year to acclimate their updated forms (if any) in TF3.

I wouldn't really say THAT...

They have a higher price point, but the ugly human action figures, and the little gun turrets they sit in say children to me.

I have a feeling we'll see more of this guy eventually, Jazz is finally turning up in large numbers, so who knows.
