I make character sheets for Champions 4th edition RPG. Here are some examples from different settings:

G1 Runabout - http://home.comcast.net/~mathewignash/PDFs/RUNABOUT.pdf

Beast Wars Dinobot - http://mywebpages.comcast.net/mathewignash/PDFs/DINOBOT.pdf

ROTF Mudflap - http://home.comcast.net/~mathewignash/PDFs/MUDFLAPM.pdf

There was a guy who made character sheets for Rifts RPG on the internet a long time ago, but they are hard to find.

Hey guys any chance I can get some Intel about any tformer rpg's on the net?

If you're referring to the pencil-and-paper variety, I've homebrewed a system for it. You can check out info on it (and a storyline I've been running with my friends) here.

There are a lot of fan-based text-based rpgs on the net. There is also the grid-based rpg available for certain cell phones (its pretty good and called G1: Awakening i believe) and this year at the Activision panel Aaron Archer stated they are looking into other game types such as RPGs for Transformers in the video game format.

You can also use theRTalsorian Games Mekton Z and Mekton Z Plus to create Transformers and run a game.
