As the grand finale in the Transformers Collectors Club pane here at BotCon 2010, three new exclusives in the pipe were revealed! We have learned that the club will be releasing Sideburn, Transtech Cheetor, and G2 Ramjet. Sideburn will be a repaint of Transformers Classics Hot Rod; Transtech Cheetor will be a paint of Animated Blurr with a resculpted head; and Classics Conehead mold will be released as Ramjet in Generations 2 colors! Images are unavailable of the figures, but we have a report of the panel soon! Read the Full News Story Here

Didn't they learn people are losing money on the sets on eBay, just saw one go for $200.

The TFCC needs to learn to pull their heads out of hot crap shots exhaust manifold and see what is really going on

Exclusives are just repaints. Why does this site treat them like super amazing new toys?

Exclusives are repaints that are both rare, and usually appreciated as characters by the fans/collectors.

I'll probably buy all of them.

Here are some digibashed/customs based on the ideas of a Classic G2 Ramjet, a Transtech Cheetor from Animated Blurr and a Sideburn from Rodimus.

I myself as a fan and collector, would rather see the TFCC gotten rid of. I have no appreciation for any of their stuff, and I firmly believe that they purposely overprice to the point where they can maximize profit, by overcharging like crazy for junk. They have their greedy and slimey paws in everything, and it is getting really irritating.

Normally I like your digibashes, but Hot Rod does not look good in Blue

Limited run 'exclusives' are more than you think. When you mass produce them, you can spread out the set up costs to lower the price. When it's a limited run like that, you don't have as much room to spread the cost out. Hence, the 'exorbitant' fees. All the same, I think they should give club members more of a discount than what they do.
