First Full Look at Transformers: Prime Bumblebee!

Bummblebee looks a cross between Animated and ROTF. But I am not a fan of the new shows. Now that Hasbro has decided to reshow G1 and BW, maybe they make some new figures for the show. First one tey should start working on is BW Rhinox.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want to be G1'ed or anything... just not wanting to see anything else movie-wise is all. Was hoping for something original.

 

On one hand I like the classic looking designs but on another, I really really like new departures. Maybe thats why I liked Beast Wars and Animated so much. The movie stuff is so played out that I was really hoping for something new as well. But in the back of my mind, I always knew:

 

Michael Bay ruined Transformers forever

 

But to be fair, I dont NOT like this Bumblebee design. I just wish he was shorter. This is also going to be an easy way for Hasbro to do more redecos for another 2 years, ugh. There better be an extended cast in this show instead of just 4 or 5 crappy Autobots and a bazillion faceless Decepticons.

 

We better not get awesome characters and no figures for them this time around *coughHalfofAnimatedsCastcough*

why can't they just use the classics line as their character concepts? i don't have classics of any sort but they look nice and would work well for a cartoon too.

I've always thought the movie designs looked a lot like BM designs myself.

yeah, definitely looks like a mix between teen titans and the movie-verse.

 

i'm sure this'll grow on me. i'd like to see what the other characters look like.

 

its not bad. i really liked bumblebees movie design. i never really liked bumblebee back in the day during G1 pretty much because he wasn't very cool looking. the movies have definitely given bumblebee new life, at least in my eyes. his camaro mode was very bad ass and a great way to revamp the character. it looks like that'll continue with this series after the debacle he was in animated.
