Here's a nice nugget of information gleened from the recent round of Hasbro Q&A's. Parry Game Preserve was able to get them to open up about a future product release that will be a repaint of the soon to be released Transformers Generations Drift action figure. The said figure is assumed to be homage to the G1 character Blurr. Read on for more details about the the news. Read the Full News Story Here

And so the existence of Drift is now justified. I'm glad Drift will be made into Blurr. It really is a good looking toy, no matter how lameness of the Drift character.

i absolutely love all this attention that Blurr is getting. What i thought to be an underdog character, is certainly now getting his fair share of the spotlight.

I'm stoked. His best reincarnation in my opinion after G1 is the Animated version.

I like the new mold but not sure if it'll be as poseable as the animated but nevertheless i like it!!

i'm excited about this. i think it's logical and i'm glad there will be a change of head sculpt and different weapons.

what's there not to like about the drift character.

oh and.. as for april fools.. i'm sick of it. maybe i'm just in a bad mood.. but i mean.. fuzzy world 2005.. whatever the hell the allspark is doing, i don't know about everyone else.. but that kind of stuff is just getting old. I'm glad TFormers just did that wheelie hall of fame poll thing, that is pretty amusing, especially the picture of wheelie.

oh.. and i call a violation on myself for excessive use of periods in one post lol.

If the world made any sense, Drift would be the afterthought redeco of Blurr.

I really hope this is true. I like that mold and I think it would suit Blurr really well!

Personally, I didn't care much for Drift as a character(from what I heard, he's sort of lame), but his toy is pretty nice, and it won't take a lot of work to just give him a new character. :P

But this Blurr information...if it's true, then consider me curious as to what it'd look like. Drift's toy's looking rather cool, and I'm highly interrested to see what it'd look like in Blurr's colours and with the remodelled features.
