Hasbro, Inc. and Discovery Communications today unveiled the name of their brand-new joint venture children's network: "The Hub." The channel, set to launch in fall 2010, is expected to launch with a new Transformers cartoon to go along with it. "A hub is a place where great things come together -- and that is precisely what The Hub network will be when it launches," said President and CEO Margaret Loesch. "The Hub will be a fun and transformative destination that brings kids and their families together by presenting clever stories and engaging characters." Full PR after the jump.

I played a lot of Quake and Doom at my colleges 'The Hub' the first time I went through school.

In other words, I like this name.

that sucks about your broken spacebar but I sure hope it would be. It would be more convenient for Hasbro I think. Plus so far from what I've seen, I think it looks great. Im especially in love with Bumblebee, he looks classical, yet progressive! Not to mention, a show would mean more possibilities for big Omega and Trypticon figures!
