It actually wouldn't need to be a Transformer. Given that Simon Furman had him published as a one-shot in various Marvel publications (to avoid Hasbro claiming ownership, funny how that worked out), it could be released as a Marvel figure. (:schin Though, they could release it as a Marvel Transformers crossover figure to have all bases covered :lol )

Maybe Hasbro could make a Death's Head in the MU line. A 1:18 Death's Head while yes a little big it could still look good w/ TFs.
