Unknown Transformers Action Figure Molds - Deluxe Drift?

GenZhao of KOToys have posted some new images of Transformers that are described as "prototypes of toys in development." Without much more information on what the figures are, there's much to speculate about. The figures appear to Cybertronian in nature with exotic stylings that don't echo any production cars we know of. Could these be the new transformers Hasbro hinted at recently? What do you think they are? Read the Full News Story Here

Whatever they are, I like these vehicle designs.

Binaltech, it says on the side

Doubt it'll be Binaltech, since it's not up to Binaltech/Alternator's standards, plus Alternity's pretty much replaced it.

Wonder if we'll be getting robot mode images of these two any time soon? I'd think that'd help solve who they are.

Im hoping its the new transformers line prototype. Although it could be that shadow pic image from Takaras new Alternity line (if so im dubbing Hot Rod) even know its hard to see where the doors open, most likely would open like a lamborghini (if you look REAL close, you can see some break ups behind the rear side window).

Im hoping that the "ongoing" comic has to do with the new TV discovery/Hasbro thing. AND THIS TIME HASBRO, have the figures co-incide with the show. Meaning dont release them 3 months AFTER the show starts. Loose sales, and fans interests that way.

Im dubbing (more like HOPING) its Hot Rod or Rodimus. Drift would be cool, but the hood is way diff.

huh. "We are here, we are waiting" :lol (btw we need a laughing autobot smiley rather then JUST a :con laughing smiley)

(even know i know your wrong) Show me! Do you read japanese or something and know something we dont? Enlighting us

Looks like the "image" shown to us for the next Alternity figure, does it not? And you can't tell the quality of ANYTHING by looking at an early prototype! Everything starts off this way...

Well, I don't think they're Binals either but it does say Binaltech Inc in perfect english right on the bottom of the one labled Drift. I think it also says TACOS on the back spoiler. There's a nod to Ryall in there too. Looks like more, but I really can't read it all. It could just be cleaver wording for the design.

If the production model does say TACOS, I'll buy it :P

I don't think it's Drift though, the front half is way off from the artwork. Wonder what the hell that little grey thing is. For some reasom it's making me think of Fort Max's little pal Gasket or Grommit or whatever the hell his name was.

Let's not confuse the illustration for a Drift figure alt-mode with the actual prototype photo above it. It's the Drift illustration that says 'Binaltech Inc' on the side as an imitation of racing car advertising slogans (it also says 'Cybertron Tyres', 'Dinotron Oil' and 'Iacon' on the spoiler [sadly not 'Tacos', Liege!])

As to what on earth the prototype is, I've no idea! Could we be in for a full Cybertronian modes line?

I'm with you man. I just think the guy who suggested it being Binaltech took everything at a glance and got confused. With no offense to my good man Deceptikhan, I just wanted to throw in on his last statement.

This may well be Drift, but if it is, the acuracy people are gonna go nuts.

As for me, my glasses are MIA, so I'm sticking with TACOS!!!

It's just more fun that way :P

Am I the only one who could care less about this "Drift" character? If this is a Universe 3.0 figure, I seriously hope this is Jazz just so we could finally have a proper figure of his for Classics/Universe.
