Checked the TЯU near Parker on Central in Dallas as well as the neighboring Target. Neigher has any Cybertron out. Th TЯU had more Alt 2-packs of Smokes and Swipe. Some loose Windchargers too. Oh, and it mysteriously went fomr about 16 of re-issue Riccochet to 3, so maybe they are marked down from $36 finally. I don't know. I don't want him and didn't want to trot across the store to the only working scanner to find out. There were a few Energon stragglers left.

The Target there, only had an Alpha Q, no Alts at all, and one of each: Kickback, Blight, and Stormcloud. 3 of 4 D combiners. Oh, the TЯU had Barricade, and possibly blackout left over so you might score a complete set.

Anyone in the DFW area that spots a 20th Prime in the clearance bin I'll rrepay you if you snag him for me.

You might want to go back to that TR us I took the remaining Cybertron Optimus Prime yesterday afternoon. They had  2 Hot Shots and I think not sure 1 Dirt boss

2 Jetfires and 2 Thundercracker's and 1 Vector Prime.  :thumb

LOL, figures.

I saw that they had the energons down to piddly-nothing and it looked like they had them arranged so as to move them out of the way quickly. I was there Thursday, seems tehy released them Friday.

*shrug*

S'okay. I'm not really hyped for Cybertron yet. Only plan on picking up hte odd on e here and there. Concentrating on Alts right now- can't wait for Sunstreaker.

College Station TRU *had* all of Wave 1 Cybertron yesterday until I picked up the only Optimus Prime and Megatron. I got all of wave 1 minus the Supreme Starscream...my wallet couldn't take anymore punishment. The Cybertron toys ROCK! Cybertron Prime is one of the best Prime toys ever!

Re-checked the TЯU at Central and Parker... well maybe they did get all of Wave 1 Friday, after I visisted Thursday.

...however by this evening all that was left was one Crumplezone.

and 3 more Riccochets still marked $35. Idiots. Just mark it down.

I am amazed that G1 Skids is still $25 at TRU! Will they ever mark him down as well???

Well, went there again today. I got an overhaul for my oldest boy. Just to have a token Cybertron fig.

But they had lots of him, two or three Starscreams, A Megatron, some crumplezones, two Jetfires, some Hot Shots and a few others.

WalMart on Central and Spring Creek:

at least three each of Cybertron-

Optimus Prime, Megatron, Thundercracker, Hot Shot, Vector Prime, Crumplezone, and Starscream.

They are spread across several aisles, though, and seemingly placed in wherever there was a gap in the aisle.

I grabbed a Hot Shot and Thundercracker.

Found Alt Swerve today, Target across from Brodie Oaks TRU. I bought the only one. They did have 2 Grimlocks...no sign of Decepticharge. No new Alts at the TRU or Target & Wal-mart 290/Mopac.

If anyone in Austin wants to trade a MISB Swerve for both MISB Hound and MISB Silverstreak (packaging does not have to be in perfect condition, as long as toys are intact), LMK.

    • Please tell me this won't be the only release of TFP Cliffjumper...
    • If you've not had your fill of Transformers collaborative news today, here is some more with a leaked product listing for the Project Knight: Transformers X Knight Rider crossover. We've been dreaming of this one, and it appears a transforming K.I.T.T. will be coming as soon as August! It must be something big and or special with a $49. - Read the Full News Story
    • Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked Transformers news for the newest multipack and some reissues. We also talked collaboratives with TMNT, an Ectotron reissue and, maybe, even Star Wars? Plus, we address the MP Ginrai teaser image and answer who is Riggorus?
    • EDIT 2: Okay, I think my real problem with this was the marketing image. The main image shows four robot turtles standing together, so I was ready for four toys, not one. Admittedly, I was so disappointed that I did not bother to read the article fully. That's my fault. I apologize. That said, now that I understand it is THE van that turns into a robot, not "robot versions of the four turtles," that makes more sense, but I don't get the four heads. There are images here of a bandana free head which I gather is not included. I would actually prefer a non-specific generic turtle head for the robot. I think that would remove a lot of confusion. At least for me. EDIT 1: My bad, I misunderstood. It's one toy with swappable heads. So, you made a thing based on a four member team, and you only want to sell one toy? You're not even trying to get people to "Collect all FOUR!" You do understand how toy sales work, right? Original Comment: This is a perfectly fine idea executed TERRIBLY. You made four unique toys, each specific to each of the Ninja Turtles, that all turn into the same vehicle? It would be one thing if they joined together to form the van. There have been transformer sets like that before. This is just wasted opportunity. Not to mention, that van exists for the turtles to ride in together as a team, so if they can turn into vehicles ... what do they need a van for? I get that that's their van, and that's cute and all, but ... this is just dumb and disappointing. Why not think about what kind of car each of them would drive based on their personalities, or ask some car company if they want to do a tie-in promotional? What do I want with four copies of the same van and no one to ride in any of them? It makes no sense.
