Superion Add on Kit.

Hey you guys!

 

Man is there someone out there in the same boat as me? I received my Superion Kit this past Friday. Upon assembling, I noticed that two right fists had been packaged from fansproject. I sent an email today for a replacment, but BBTS is now showing out of stock! :redface I'll see what kind of reply I get.

 

 

Maybe someone is out there with a spare lefty fist for trade? :ghey

 

edit: I am just blind, I found the contact link on Fansproject's website. Hopefully they will be able to help me.

I did the same thing with a box of KFC, took it home, put it together and it formed a cat! Crazy!!!

 

on topic: that really stinks... hopefully they will just send you a correct hand as paying $50+ for an add on kit only to get something wrong would PISS ME OFF!

Well BBTS are looking into it for me. Hopefully I can score a replacement. No response from Fansproject yet. This was a my first product from them, hopefully my City Commander set will be 100%. I am kind of bummed, but to be fair I can see how easily a mistake can occur. The colors of the fists are dark and hard to see the difference.

Well I must tell you that BBTS has greatly earned my respect (and MONEY). :bounce They are replacing and have already shipped my precious left fist. My Superion will no longer be a dual right handed freak!

 

Have not heard anything from Fansproject yet but I am sure they get plenty of mail. At this point, it does not really matter.

Both visors are purple, it originally blue, last minute change. They are slightly different though. The SL version has a brownish gold nose, and the RotF/Universe version has the silver nose. I didn't notice that till I already put the visors on both of mine. Got it right on my first try.

 

So do you have to send them that extra left hand or are they letting you keep it?

My visors were the same color purple. Didn't know about the nose color. Cool.

 

Well I did offer to send them the extra right but they did not ask me to from the emails they sent me. I'll probably still do it because BBTS really jumped on this to keep a customer happy. There is bond to be someone else and maybe they could use it to save another dood.

 

Again still no reply from Fansproject! :redface I sent them an email the same day as BBTS (Sunday). Boo I tells ya Boo! Its just the principle now. Makes me want to reconsider my City Commander purchase. :fire
