Extensive Lucky Draw Black God Magnus Gallery

Auto Assembly has come and gone and during the show, there was a rather large showcase of the ultra rare Lucky Draw figures. One of the extremely rare ones are the Lucky Draw Black God Magnus from the Japanese series Car Robots (Robots In Disguise in the U.S.) and they have provided a rather large gallery of the figure. In this gallery, they show off the figure and copies of the magazine in which Black God Magnus was a prize. Take a look now.

I absolutely love God Fire Convoy, and all of the color variaions there-of. I can say, very easily and truthfully, that MP-01 and God Fire Convoy are the two (technically three) figures that got me back into collecting.

 

First, I would like to extend my thanks the people kind enough to hare pictures of this remarkably rare figure. I'm not the biggest Luckt Draw fan, but Black Super Fire Convoy, Black God Magnus, and Gold MP-01 Convoy all have a spot to hopefully somehow maybe one day find a way inti my collection.

 

Unfortunatey, of the four versions of GFC, I only have the one. I have the original Japanese versions. I really want to get the giftset one day, it's a very cool clear version. I also want the Sams Club(?) versions, which were the yellow SFC and black Magnus (though obviously not all black like this LD). And lastly, there's this one, the Lucky Draw black Convoy and Magnus. This figure is just so amazing, and it looks really great in all of the color options available. One of these days.

Yes there is, we have been running a dedicated Lucky Draw website for several years LuckyDrawTransformers which had details of all the lucky draws, which magazines have lucky draws in etc etc.

Listen, Tea-leaf...the Moonies have sold their eyes to get hold of the last known Lucky Draw figure, which was on a plane bound for Japan. Unfortunately it crashed somewhere over the coast of Indonesia and only one more Black Fire Convoy was rescued....
